terms of service
I kindly reserve the right to decline a commission without providing a detailed explanation. In such cases, I ask for your understanding and request that you refrain from further insistence.
Once I have received the necessary information for your commission and we have agreed on the price, I will promptly send you an invoice through PayPal or provide a payment link for Wise. As soon as the payment is confirmed, I will begin working on your commission.During the initial sketch stage, I will keep you informed about the progress and provide updates through your preferred contact method. This is the best time to request revisions that may alter the overall composition and drawing. However, please note that major alterations made after the lineart stage has begun may incur additional charges.The general process I follow consists of creating the initial sketch, refining it with clean lines, adding flat colors, and finally rendering the piece (if applicable). During the flat colors stage, you are welcome to request any color changes without incurring additional charges.Once the artwork is complete and you are satisfied with the final result, I will email you the high-resolution file. Please remember to inform me if you prefer the artwork to remain private or if you wish to remain anonymous as the commissioner.

I'll draw characters of any gender, body shape, and sexuality. I draw both humanoids and anthro/furry.
I'm okay with furry or monster characters, as long as their designs aren't too complex/detailed.
I don't draw minors, incest, or anything that makes me uncomfortable. DM me with your idea and I will tell you if I'll be willing to do it. I won't be judgmental, that's just to make sure we're on the same page.
No minors. I only work with adults.

Payment can be made either half/half or upfront, according to your preference. Please keep in mind that I'll start working once the payment is settled for the half/half method. The first half is to secure your slot, the second half is to start the sketch.
I'll start your commission only after the payment is sent.
Payments can be made through PayPal invoices or Wise payment links.

Customer satisfaction is my top priority, and I strive to ensure your happiness with the commission. Please keep in mind that once the commission is finished, I can only change small details such as color changes or simple additions.
Major changes or significant revisions will incur additional charges, as they require extensive time and effort.
During the rough sketch stage, I am more than willing to make any changes you desire at no extra cost. If anything seems off or needs adjustment in the initial sketch, please don't hesitate to let me know how I can fix it. Your feedback is valuable.
♡ Usage policy ♡
As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork I create. The commissioned pieces are intended for personal use only. You are welcome to print the art for personal enjoyment, share it with proper credits, and claim ownership of the characters if they are yours, but not the artwork itself.
Commercial use of my art, including making a profit from it in any way, is strictly prohibited.
Please do not remove my signature from the artwork.
Altering my artwork without my explicit consent is not permitted. If you have any requests for modifications, please reach out to me for approval.
The usage of my artwork for training AI generation programs is strictly prohibited.
♡ cancel and refund ♡
Once I begin working on your commission, refunds will not be available as I will have already invested time and effort into it. Please ensure that you are certain of your decision and make wise use of your funds.
If you need to cancel the commission before payment, kindly inform me, and there will be no additional charges.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
In the event that you file a chargeback against me, I will revoke your rights to any artwork I have created for you, and I will no longer accept commissions from you. Additionally, I have the right to pursue a complaint and seek reimbursement for any funds received. Once again, I encourage you to make thoughtful decisions when investing your money.
Failure to comply with any of the aforementioned rules may result in the cancellation of your order and the discontinuation of accepting commissions from you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask before we begin working together.The estimated turnaround time for my commissions is up to 6 months. I will keep you informed in case of any unexpected delays that may occur and extend this timeframe.
